I liked speaking in the microphone
for the live broadcast and searching on the computer for the news,
I liked listening to the music

Riverside Middle School
January 2010
It was a fantastic day, and one which our children will treasure.
One of our key aims is to make learning memorable,
and you really
succeeded in helping us achieve that on Friday.
Both the children and staff left the school feeling inspired and you
have planted seeds that
I hope will really flourish as we strive to make learning exciting and
engaging for our children.
We loved having you at our school and I look forward to seeing you
again.

had been promised that you were a fantastic afternoon speaker
and I was not disappointed because you exceeded all of my expectations
... those that were present had nothing but praise for you and
they
will be going back to their schools buzzing with enthusiasm"

“It
was a new way to learn ICT skills. The most exciting thing was when
I read out the news and the weather, it was a fantastic day!”
said Harry aged 12 - Live School Radio Workshop
September 2008
Russell’s presentation was pure theatre. With three laptops on stage and
a host of gadgets and supporting equipment, he had the audience totally
captive until the last. It was eye-opening, inspiring and packed full of
ideas that can be put to use immediately in the academic environment.
Added to the fact that the slot time was the final session on a Friday
afternoon makes it all the more remarkable. Education needs a facelift
from people in the know – this was the best place to start!

I recently attended the Kings
Heath teachers INSET day at Wheelers Lane
Technology College,
Russell did the opening and closing keynotes
and a workshop that I attended.
I thoroughly enjoyed the humour and delivery,
and have already been on "second life" to trial it. Very
amusing!!
I was never interested in ICT before, but now will see it
differently!!
Just wanted to say thank you!!!!
