Russell is an independent ICT Evangelist, he will be supporting a number of key educational events during 2008, including the BSF leadership conferences for NCSL.  Russell has developed his own brand of ICT focussed presentations, some looking at future technologies, others exploring better use of traditional technologies. 

Russell joined a major PC manufacturer and education supplier in 1985.  He developed his audience and presentation skills whilst entertaining and amusing education audiences with technology demonstrations.   He left his employer in 2002 to develop his own business and to continue speaking about the benefits of using ICT in learning and teaching.  He has a thorough working knowledge of computing, and regularly predicts future developments in technology.  Russell also provides strategic ICT thinking to a number of key UK education players.  He is involved in several action based research projects and is passionate about educational ICT.  Russell also produces training resources for teaching colleagues that are sold under the RPC Training Ltd brand, these are available here.

Russell presents to educationalists and key advisers to UK education on a regular basis.  He has presented to Her Majesty The Queen, Ministers and Heads of State.  He has also appeared on BBC television, BBC Radio and Sky television speaking about ICT.

Russell’s presentations address the issues and explore new technologies in education and business in a lively, unique and highly entertaining fashion.
